Esra Amsterdam terms & conditions


Welcome to the Esra Amsterdam website (the "Website"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user of this Website, and Esra Amsterdam, the operator of the Website. By purchasing or using any gift vouchers offered on the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Website Operator and Offering

This Website is owned and operated by Esra Amsterdam, located in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The Website offers users the ability to purchase gift vouchers that can be redeemed exclusively at Esra Amsterdam's restaurant for food, beverages, and services.


By using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should refrain from using the Website or purchasing any products.


2. Who Can Use This Website

To purchase a gift voucher, you must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and you must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If purchasing or using the Website is prohibited by applicable laws in your jurisdiction, you are not allowed to make use of it.


3. Purchase of Gift Vouchers

When purchasing a gift voucher through the Website, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for reviewing the full details of the voucher before committing to buy.

  • Upon completing the purchase, you enter into a legally binding contract for the purchase of the gift voucher.

  • Gift vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be resold or redeemed for cash.

  • Prices listed for gift vouchers are subject to change without prior notice.

The total purchase amount, including any taxes and fees, will be charged to your designated payment method upon completion of the purchase process.


4. Use of Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers may only be redeemed at the Esra Amsterdam restaurant located in Amsterdam. Vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. Any unused balance after this period will expire, and the voucher will no longer be accepted. If the total bill exceeds the value of the voucher, the difference must be paid by the customer using an alternative payment method.
 

5. Returns and Refunds

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, except where required by law. In the event of any issues with the voucher or its usage, you may contact Esra Amsterdam customer service (details provided below).
 

6. Changes to the Offering

Esra Amsterdam reserves the right to modify or discontinue the gift vouchers or any other services offered through the Website without prior notice. Any changes to the offering will not affect vouchers that have already been purchased, but we reserve the right to adjust terms for future voucher purchases.
 

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Website and its contents, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and design elements, are owned by Esra Amsterdam. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the Website without express written consent from Esra Amsterdam.

Esra Amsterdam's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the gift voucher in question.
